Sütterlin Transliteration
As an additional specialist service, Pegasus Linguistics can offer the transliteration of historical Sütterlin German script into modern Latin-type German script.
Sütterlin script was taught and widely used in Germany during the first part of the 20th century, and can therefore be found in letters or documents dating from this era, including the second world war.
The letters used in Sütterlin script are very distinct from modern-day Latin letters, and require knowledge and experience to decipher, especially as some of them are very similar to each other.
